During the 2024 academic year, from the School of God for Marriage, we received many very encouraging testimonies, among which stands out the testimony of this couple, a French husband and a wife of Cameroonian origin, living in Rennes. Both were candidates in our School. They had followed the Fundamentals of Marriage remotely and came to the retreat for the second part on Marital Conflict Management. And that was where the miracle happened. Because both were living in despair. The husband explained that he suffered from diabetes and this had affected his libido. He had become impotent, so his wife had become very angry. He said that every day when he came home from work, as soon as he crossed the threshold of the house, if his wife was there, she would start quarreling. Both were in a situation that even medicine couldn't help, but God had a solution. The Bible says, "They do not know the truth, and the truth will set them free." When they understood the truth about the causes of their repeated conflicts, this couple received their deliverance on the second day of the retreat. Pastor Georges prayed for the husband, and he was instantly cured of his diabetes. And his libido also returned instantly. For behind all these illnesses and disabilities are the spirits of the husband and wife at night. Now, this couple is the joy of their honeymoon. When they came to the closing ceremony and certificate presentation, the next day, they brought a couple of friends whose husband was disabled in one foot. He limped with a stick. But during the ceremony and the celebration on the boat, he was cured of his disability. He now walked normally without a stick; he even went to the hospital to see the doctor. His doctor confirmed the healing was complete.

After eight long years of a toxic relationship, with many wounds, Natasha and Corey were living as boyfriend and girlfriend, with children but no hope for their future. Natasha and Corey's relationship took a 180-degree turn when they met Pastor George at their child's sports practice at the YMCA. They came to ask him if he could help them discipline their son. But he replied that it wasn't their son who needed discipline, but rather the two of them who needed training for marriage. Pastor George gave them his business card. That's how they enrolled in God's School of Marriage training. By the end of this training, Natasha and Corey were transformed in their ways of viewing marriage and acting toward each other. They came to see me only two days after the training saying: Pastor, we have lived in the sin of fornication for 8 years, now we want to stop fornicating from now until our nuptial blessing. Even if we live in the same house, we will abstain from sex, with the grace of God.  Sure enough, the knowledge they had received, at God's School of Marriage, empowered them.

They were able to abstain from sex from October 2022 to February 2023.

This knowledge also gave them hope for a better future for their family.

It fostered patience and faith in God.

They began attending church every Sunday as a family.

Their commitment to making changes in their family was bearing fruit.

Their children were becoming more disciplined and obedient. John 8:32 "...they shall know the truth, and the truth shall set them free." It doesn't matter how begin but how you end  is based on what you know.   From the moment Natasha & Corey sought to understand and apply this knowledge about marriage, they made a positive change for their future and the destiny of their children.

After many failed marriage relationships with lots of traumatic experiences, Marlon and Karen had difficulties trusting each other because of the pain of the past.

But thanks to the teachings at God' School of Marriage, they overcame the past, trusted their present  and embraced their future together.
